RE/MAX Gold Philippines was founded by Rose Flores and Jimmy Cassells in 2020. Our goal is to provide a world-class sales experience in the Philippines for all types of transactions including condos, homes, vacant lots, resorts on up through to large-scale commercial projects. A match made in heaven! Combine Rose’s sales experience totalling almost Php 2 billion and knowledge in real estate transactions with Jimmy’s expertise in the marketing and lead generation and the outcome is a systematic and professional sales team navigating the Filipino property landscape.

Rose Flores

Founder, Licensed Real Estate Broker

Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2016. Graduated from De La Salle University with a degree in Advertising Management, Rose right away studied and earned her real estate broker license. Real Estate has always been her passion. Her Tigress personality has led her to close record-breaking deals. Today, she focuses on growing & teaching her team on how to achieve a promising career while living a balanced life with RE/MAX Gold Philippines. Eventually, Rose intends to enter the market as an investor.

Jimmy Cassells

Founder, Real Estate investor

Real Estate investor since 2002. Data-driven analyst since day 1. Physics & Math Major at Rutgers, Engineering Masters at Stanford. 15 years ago, Jimmy was sent to the Philippines for a work mission and saw the country for its market potential. Jimmy’s combined Real Estate investor experience with a gifted analytical perspective is reflected in the company’s business process.
